4:00pm - 7:00pm dog adoption / donation drive
The Stand Up For Pits Foundation is thrilled to be coming to St. Louis to Stand Up For Pits!!
The SUFP Foundation is dedicated to ending abuse, discrimination and saving the lives of pitbull “type" dogs. This "type" of dog based soley on appearance is the target of extreme abuse, discriminatory bans and has been falsely vilified and killed for over 3 decades and it must end. Stand Up For Pits events help us to educate, advocate and save lives. Pit Bull type dogs are born inherently good and deserve to be protected, respected and treated with compassion and without prejudice like all life deserves.
These events sell out around the country, save countless lives and continue to raise national and international awareness. We support other pitbull “type" dog rescues around the country. Even Chance Rescue will be participating and will be bringing available Pibbles for adoption, selling merchandise, collecting donations and will receive 100% of proceeds from the silent auction. Ticket sales go to the Stand Up For Pits Foundation.
We are all in this together and there is much work that needs to be done. We thank you all for your dedication to being the voice of the voiceless and being part of the solution to saving lives and look so forward to seeing you all in St. Louis and please remember to bring some much needed shelter supplies for your local shelter animals!

The Stand Up For Pits Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit dedicated to saving pit bull "type" dogs aka Pibbles through live events, education and advoccy. We don’t believe there are limitations on how people can educate and advocate and embrace new ways, new programs and new thinking. We continually encourage others to empower themselves to DO something and by doing so be an active part of much needed change. The SUFP Foundation supports pit bull "type" dog rescues around the country, educational programs and continues to help other dedicated groups in the animal community as well as individuals in need of help with high medical needs dogs. We stand against and do not tolerate reckless and irresponsible hate speech against our inherently good dogs and stand firmly with other forward thinking doers who too believe there is no place in our society for abuse and discrimination and are dedicated to ending it.
We believe what is happening to pit bull "type" dogs is not just an animal issue but is a direct reflection of a broken society thus making it EVERYONE’s problem. The Stand Up For Pits Foundation are members of the animal community but we are members of society first we deserve to to live in safe and humane communities and so do our pets.
